Return and Refund Policy

Warranty or parts will be will be provided for any defective Litboxs Naturally Illuminated Dugout within the first 60 days. Refunds will only be administered only if there is a defect in the product. All warranties are void if collateral damage is found to be the reason for the defect. Customers will be responsible for shipping to Litboxs and Litboxs Naturally Lit Dugouts  will pay for the shipping back. All monetary refunds can take up to 60 days to return to the customer.
